City Navigator North America NT DVD features:
- Provides nearly 6 million points of interest, including hotels, restaurants, parking, entertainment, fuel and shopping.
- New extended coverage, including new coverage for Mexico.
- Includes highways, interstates, and business and residential roads in metropolitan and rural areas.
- Includes turn restrictions, roundabout guidance, speed categories.
- Gives turn-by-turn directions.
- Includes postal code support for Canada.
- Contains traffic data for compatible devices with traffic receivers.
- Speaks street names (example: “Turn right on Main Street.”).
- (DVD only) Includes MapSource, Windows® software that lets you plan trips on your computer and transfer waypoints, routes and tracks between your computer and your device.
Before you can download map detail to a data card or directly to your compatible Garmin GPS, you must “unlock” the MapSource City Navigator North America NT DVD. Simply follow the instructions on the included certificate to unlock the entire DVD. Next, download the data to a data card or to your compatible Garmin unit. Note: Cannot be loaded into internal memory of units that came preloaded with City Navigator, must be loaded onto memory card (not included) instead to be used in those units.
